Orders are processed and shipped via USPS and ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. Our orders are packed with 100% recyclable geami paper in recyclable boxes.
After placing your Alima Pure order you will be sent a receipt and order summary via email. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing.
Please note that free shipping is applied after discounts and before taxes.

RETURNS
Please note: we are updating our returns system currently so please bear with us while we finish that transition.
We want you to love your Alima Pure products. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase*, please email us at customercare@alimapure.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
Please allow two weeks from the date you ship your return for us to fully process your refund. Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees will be deducted from your total return.
*We regret that we are not able to process exchanges and we are not able to accept returns on the following items at this time: those marked final sale, incomplete sets, sample sized products, and Find Your Match sets.
